The founder of the Company, Tony Bull, has over 30 years experience of working in all aspects of the property industry which includes Civil Engineering, Local Government, Private Practice, Construction, Partner in a successful Development and General Building Company, Residential Development with a major House Building Company, Commercial Development with a major Property Development Company and Regeneration Development with a pioneering leading edge Regeneration Company. His experience is used to structure projects to optimise viability and deliverability whilst having due regard to stakeholders aspirations, sustainability and socio-economics. In addition Real Estate Evolution Ltd has access to a network of dedicated specialist consultants within the property industry who are brought into the projects where appropriate to provide advice and support.
